Beta Epsilon Alumni Executive Board
Dakota Meats
Board President
Dakota Meats joined Phi Sigma Kappa’s Beta Epsilon chapter in the Fall of 2021. During his time as an undergraduate member, he was elected as Secretary, Vice President, and Sentinel. Today, Dakota serves as the Alumni Association President and remains committed to strengthening the connection between alumni and the active chapter. Currently, he lives in Wichita, KS, and works for Koch Industries Inc. as a Tax Analyst.
In addition to his Alumni Association involvement, Dakota is also the Advisor of Internal Operations for our undergraduate brothers at Pittsburg State University.
Jay Stone
Vice President
Jay Stone joined Phi Sigma Kappa’s Beta Epsilon chapter in Fall of 2012. During his time as an undergraduate member, Jay served as the Social Chair as well as the Inductor. Today, Jay serves as the Vice President and remains committed to strengthening the connection between alumni and the active chapter.
Currently, they work as a recruiter and enjoy helping undergraduates with professional development, and focuses effort to help bridge the Alumni experience to recent graduates.
Jason Holt
The Hank
Jason Holt joined Phi Sigma Kappa’s Beta Epsilon chapter in the Fall of 2019. During his time as an undergraduate member, Jason served as the Treasurer, Secretary, and held the Risk Management chair. Today, Jason serves as the Treasurer of the Alumni Committee and remains committed to strengthening the connection between alumni and the active chapter.
Currently, Jason is a Design Engineer for Sioux Chief Manufacturing, utilizing his degree in Plastics Engineering. Jason and his wife Kirstin currently reside in Overland Park, KS and enjoy the outdoors and boating in the summer season.
Brandon Proberts
Treasurer Advisor
Brandon joined Phi Sigma Kappa’s Beta Epsilon chapter in Fall of 2020. During his time as an undergraduate member, Brandon served as a Vice President, Recruiter, and Treasurer. Today, Brandon serves as the Treasurer Advisor and remains committed to strengthening the connection between alumni and the active chapter.
Currently, Brandon works in construction management. He recently moved from Fort Worth to Knoxville to build a power plant.
Alex Gabel
Executive Director of Media, Digital Strategy, Web Development, Merchandise Operations, and Social Media Engagement
Alex Gabel joined Phi Sigma Kappa’s Beta Epsilon chapter in the Fall of 2017. During his time as an undergraduate member, he served as the President, Social, Alumni, Brotherhood, and Ritual Team. Today, Alex serves as the Ritual Advisor for the chapter advisor board and as the Gabel for the alumni association board and remains committed to strengthening the connection between alumni and the active chapter.
Currently, Alex and working as a Video Editor and Substitute Teacher in Liberty, MO
